The orthodontist and staff were friendly, but after nearly three years, my teeth still seemed crooked. Issues like a misplaced bracket took months to fix, only after I insisted. I never received updates on my progress or when my braces might come off. I've since switched providers and noticed a significant improvement in care and communication.

The doctor's super nice, they always send reminders, there's little to no wait time, all the assistants are super nice and I love that they come to Logandale.
