Got there at 11:00 am. All Doctors booked for the day. Got to see a nurse who was no help. Older gentleman was there to see a Doctor to get his Census form done??? CENSUS FORM !!!! Something is wrong here ??????
The lady answering the phone was rude. My mom is staying with us cause she is getting older and is going through big mental health and physical issues and the lady just said flat out "yeah no we cant help you - go to the walk-in." What was this place built for and why are my tax dollars being spent on it if I am not allowed to access care? Maybe "members only care" would be a more fitting name. Its great to come here when you dont have a family doctor. I wish they made it more transparent what care they provide, because I have been turned away and told to go to Vernon Jubilee Hospital instead. I find Vernon Jubilee emergency gets overwhelmed at times from patients that end up coming from the urgent care because its not clear enough where they should go. Other than that, its clean, staff is helpful, respectful and patient. My son was sick, and a nurse stated its all very normal for that time of year, I was sent home... read more
