When you call you get someone rude as hell. The first defence to speak to a doctor is the women at reception. Rude, arrogant and love to make it clear “we are not a walk in”. when your child is sick the last thing you need is some old unhappy women being a complete jerk. The rude looked from behind the glass as you wait..wildly uncalled for!
My name is Melanie and I moved to Vernon a couple weeks ago to care for my mom. This clinic has been awesome. Had everything wrong with me this week and ended up there three times in 7 days and wonderfully helped each time. The staff are kind and awesome.
Absolutely wonderful experience. Love the staff from the patient ambassador to the moas. Even bigger rave to Dr. Kara Hoffman. She was really pleasant, polite and took time to give a wonderful patient experience. Absolutely love the staff here.
They were great. Got me in that day. It was a little tricky to get through at 9 am but after many tries I was able to connect.
