The folks at Urgent Care are always so kind and compassionate.
I called them on Monday hoping to get in regarding my ear infection. It was really bad when I called. The lady over the phone kinda brushed me off and told me to put polysporin on it. (Which I was already doing) and told me to wait a day for it to get better. I call them back at 9:40 on Wednesday (today) cause it did not get better. They open at 9:30. The lady answering the phone was rude. My mom is staying with us cause she is getting older and is going through big mental health and physical issues and the lady just said flat out "yeah no we cant help you - go to the walk-in." What was this place built for and why are my tax dollars being spent on it if I am not allowed to access care? Maybe "members only care" would be a more fitting name. Odd process to get seen To. Appointment only. Called for an appointment, didn’t get asked what it was for (possible miscarriage). Waited 3 hours for a call back to tell me there were no appointments left for the day and that they don’t have ultrasounds there so they wouldn’t have helped me anyways.
