Fantastic storage facility, units are easily accessed and very secure. Staff members Jordan and Ankit were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and then some! They were very accommodating and gave me a walk-through of the facility and offered me multiple storage options to help me find what was right for me. Cannot recommend enough!
Loved the easy access and climate controlled storage. Staff was great: friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Downsides: my quoted rate went from $223 to $420 in less than a year. I was also becoming concerned about the security. With the increase in price and security concern's, we chose to leave Prime Storage.
