Ankit was an incredible help to us when we had an issue with a broken door. He made a frustrating issue as pleasant as possible and even gave us water. Would highly recommend Prime Storage as it is safe clean and very well managed!
The person that answers the phone keeps hanging up and is very disrespectful. Very weird experience.
My storage unit was recently compromised by water due to a very heavy downpour. I was oblivious to it so very appreciative of the call to recommend that I go in to check to see if there was any damage. Even though there wasn't any damage I very much appreciated the prompt and considerate way the matter was dealt with and that I was offered a different until to use due to the possibility of future flooding. All in all, it was a pleasant and appreciated case of exemplary customer service by Prime Storage staff. Robert Scott
