This company is very manipulative. I was referred here by my family doctor and things were fine until they started to pressure me into buying equipment from them. The first manipulating step they took was to say that if I buy my CPAP machine anywhere else, then they will not provide me any service. I asked I paid service was available and they said no. Our 11 year old son was referred to the clinic in Vernon. We completed the very lengthy questionaire ahead of time as discussed. We drove to Vernon, had the preappointment. Then they showed us where i may sleep, where our son may sleep, where the workers would be. Then we were told we had to wait a month to get a phone call from the doctor. The manager at this location is curt, rude and childish. During a discussion her hardhead approach left little room to find a solution. When I called back after she HUNG-UP on me... Lol.. (I guess she didn't like the truth) no I was not rude, I was clear and honest speaking with intent to hopefully navigate to a solution.
