Staff is absolutely amazing. Have had to do three different sleep studies and a MSLT and each one I was comfortable. All the staff are knowledgeable and talk you through step by step whats going on and what it’ll look like. Nothing is left up for confusion
Had a horrible time at this clinic last year, mostly related to poorly trained and unkind front desk staff. Hopefully they’ve gotten their act together seeing as it’s a medical service. The night itself was a fine experience.
I wish I'd left a better review back when I had my sleep study, but I am happy to now. It's been a few years. I had a seamless process from start to finish. I followed the intake instructions as I was instructed to. My intake consultation was seamless, as were my sleep studies. The rooms, the techs, and the whole experience were wonderful. When I had the sleep study, I was very grateful we had the lab in Vernon, as I wouldn't have wanted to travel too far in the winter (when my studies took place). Sleep study done Dec 12 went flawless. The staff was awesome, on point and very courteous/helpful. Clinic offers all amenities to provide personal comfort. Personally, I was in a lower leg cast for my sleep study...no issues at all. I highly recommend the Vernon Sleep Clinic. For those who suspect they may have untreated sleep apnea, get that looked after, you won't be sorry that you did
