We turned to Josh Spruce when the provincial government pulled the rug out from under us on short term rentals. From day one Josh made us feel confident that we could still rent our property for a longer stint and he delivered. Also he was full of super helpful advice for first time owners. Really took the stress away and gave us piece of mind living in another province most of the year, not to mention he found us great renters. I would recommend VPM and Josh to anyone. Thanks so much!!

Robert and Danny who do the maintence for some of Josh Spruces properties are absolutely wonderful. They have both come to my house a few times to fix things and and always cleans up after themselves and and a great guys to chat with aswell.
