Horribly managed and lack of consistency. Bart of Vernon Pines ahas no idea what he is doing and relaying false information. They will on communicate through calls or text had the audacity to question why we would want to pull out from the property. We told him because the last part of verification which is a simple call to my previous landlord and my employer (both were available all day and were reachable) yet no call was made, in fact, BART lied and said, “they called but most likely no one answered”. Units are way over priced for size . No extras for price . Management is no where to be found . Has been over a month since lawn was last cut , trash all over bin area , you get the "landlord" special here , slap on paint and call it remodeled lol . Tenants allow dogs to poop all over with no one picking up after , even with provided stations . The town needs to look into this property . Very poorly managed and takencare of . One star at best !!!!! Do nothing but they will sure raise that rent and do zero in return !!
