I have unfortunately had to utilize the the services of VMH ED and Urgent Care. Each time I felt they took good care of me and my needs were met.

Have unfortunately had to visit a few times, but each time have had excellent care. Once for my daughter’s broken arm, once for my daughter’s broken finger, and once for myself when I had the worst flu I have ever had in my entire life and I was starting to cough up blood. We have never had a long wait and have always been treated with TLC and loving, thorough care - especially the 2 times my young daughter had broken bones. We are very grateful to live so close and I would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely tired of Viroquas urgent care/emergency room. I understand it depends on who is in worse shape depends on who goes in first. But when you watch 5 patients come out and leave and then you’re still sitting there for a half hour or longer and told there aren’t any rooms yet is ridiculous. Every time I’m in this place I’m there for 2 plus hours just waiting. And the fact the receptionist was too lazy to so much as go and ask how much longer it might take. PATHETIC. Went to the ER after being in a substantial motorcycle accident. Had to move myself into the CT table after telling them I believe to have broken my back (which I did). Only to be discharged prior to my wife getting there with clothes since mine were cut off. I'd recommend taking the longer ride to Madison.
