I had a massive infection inside my gums and they gave me inflammatory meds I could have died because of infection. They'd rather prioritize people that pay in cash rather than people in dire need

I have unfortunately had to utilize the the services of VMH ED and Urgent Care. Each time I felt they took good care of me and my needs were met.

Have unfortunately had to visit a few times, but each time have had excellent care. Once for my daughter’s broken arm, once for my daughter’s broken finger, and once for myself when I had the worst flu I have ever had in my entire life and I was starting to cough up blood. We have never had a long wait and have always been treated with TLC and loving, thorough care - especially the 2 times my young daughter had broken bones. We are very grateful to live so close and I would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely tired of Viroquas urgent care/emergency room. I understand it depends on who is in worse shape depends on who goes in first. But when you watch 5 patients come out and leave and then you’re still sitting there for a half hour or longer and told there aren’t any rooms yet is ridiculous. Every time I’m in this place I’m there for 2 plus hours just waiting. And the fact the receptionist was too lazy to so much as go and ask how much longer it might take. PATHETIC.
