I'm really disappointed in the service received. (Or not received). I ordered book pockets and cards 6 months ago with no problems. Product is reasonably priced and very good. So good that I tried to reorder last week. My order was canceled because they decided the address I was shipping to was fradulent. Didn't seem to matter that I am using the same credit card that I successfully paid with earlier this year. They didn't inform me that the order had been canceled; I only found out when we received a refund on our credit ca... read more
