So friendly and helpful! I had an issue with my Kia's engine, purchased at a dealership elsewhere; Eric and his team were quick to diagnose the issue and provided such compassion when I struggled with the outcome of the investigation. They also collaborated with the original dealership to source and replace the engine in a timely manner. Cannot speak highly enough of Kia Vernon and their customer service and speed of work!

Vernon Kia's Service Dept went above and beyond hunting down and fixing a persistent problem. Service Manager Eric went to bat for us numerous times even though vehicle was outside of warranty. Much thanks and appreciation. Would highly recommend.
I have hesitated writing a review but here goes. I bought a brand new Kia Seltos from here and from the get go was regretting dealing with Kia as I had heard some not so great reviews.
