Doctor Nomina Afrede was great and very knowledgeable . Unfortunately office staff was very rude and made me seem of an inconvenience with any questions I had asked.
I love my doctor, I have to call in every month a controlled drug. I now stop in to ask to fill it. No one answers the phones when trying to speak to the front desk. I wait on hold for 15 min and then hang up. No one answers the phones. That is my only frustration.
The most horrendous service and care. As a cancer survivor, they could give zero cares about my health.
I have been a patient of Dr Talati since my previous physician moved to Texas. She has been fine, but last week I had an issue and stopped to make an appointment. The staff was accommodating and fit me in then with another provider, since Dr Talati was not available. Dr Khan was very helpful and gave me a script for an antibiotic . Terrible. My husband is very disabled with a genetic disorder. He is homebound, fully incontinent, and we use a Hoyer lift to move him to his chair. He is starting to get UTI’s more frequently. Dr. Alfredi has delayed prescribing the needed antibiotics for so long that he landed in the hospital last month. This month is looking like the same situation - we are on day 5 of suspected UTI and the Dr will simply NOT call me, not pick up my messages and will not prescribe medication.
