I’ve been a patient at this practice for over 15 years and have consistently had positive experiences. I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment when I’ve had an urgent issue, and every doctor or APRN I’ve seen has been excellent. Yes, sometimes there can be a wait when calling the office, but that seems to be the case with most medical practices these days. Review is only regarding office experiences - attempted to reach someone at the office using the number provided. I was kept on hold for two and a half hours and then someone answered and then immediately hung up. Almost never able to actually get someone on the phone to leave a message to the doctor. Pretty annoying!
I've been going to my doctor since he was new in practice and really appreciate him. Unfortunately, since ECHN took over dealing with the RUDE staff has taken its toll. They have an attitude as soon as they answer and are presumptuous when you respond. Today I spoke with "Opal." I needed a referral. She asked me if I had already been in for an appointment regarding my referral. I started to explain that my doctor was aware of my ailment but I wasn't ready to address it. The office staff here are not kind or helpful over the phone. And it takes weeks to schedule appointments for urgent matters. This is not an office I would recommend.
Doctor Nomina Afrede was great and very knowledgeable . Unfortunately office staff was very rude and made me seem of an inconvenience with any questions I had asked.
