Parents had a great experience, Brad, Mike and Geoff took care of everything when our Santa Fe started having engine issues as they were on their way to a wedding. Vehicle was fixed the next day and a rental car was arranged so they could continue to Vancouver. These guys give dealerships a good name again, and I would trust them with purchasing your vehicle and with any issues you may have with your vehicle!

Ryley was amazing, honest easy person to talk to. When there wasn’t enough time to go through every feature of our vehicle, he took the time to make us a video since we couldn’t make it back to Vernon from Kelowna very soon after. Highly recommend the kind people here to guide you through a purchase!

The service manager and general manager are arrogant, rude, and lack every basic customer skill there is. They lie about pricing and the talk out of both sides of their mouth. Their behaviour is actually quite disgusting toward customers. We bought two cars from this dealership and will never step foot in there again. Hyundai would be smart to replace them with anybody else.
