Vernon is extremely attentive and skilled as a masseuse. He has extensive knowledge about the muscles and the way the body works and how to get any knots or spasms released. He’s the best massage therapist I have ever used.
Vern works wonders!!! I had been suffering from a back injury; herniation between L5/S1. Vern helped relieve pain by teaching me how to nerve floss and by massaging therapeutically. His knowledge and professionalism gained my trust from the start!!
Vern Harris is amazing! I was in a rear-ended car accident with terrible muscle spasms/whiplash with radicular pain and elbow pathology. Vern is very knowledgeable with strain-counterstrain, myofascial release, cupping and other techniques. As an occupational/hand therapist myself I am so grateful for finding such talented massage therapist. Vern is also, just an awesome person to talk to. He was encouraging, caring and really listened to what I was going through. I would give him a million stars, he helped me so much.
