Jack and Laura are hardworking, and care about thier residents and property. Great to work with.
One of the best landlords we have ever had. He definitely spoiled us. We thought all landlords were like him and we were sorely mistaken. We didn’t really want to move but life dictated that we had to. They are more than willing to work with you. Even after you move out. For example I had a package delivered to my old apartment. I had moved out in 2018 and he did his best to locate and retrieve my package. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone.

They are the worst took 65 days to give me back a partial security deposit with no reason why it was short. Many excuses and never calls you back. The 1st unit at 630 Midland lights are connected to the 4 garages I paid it for 2yrs once I found out about it they have not compensate me yet! Don't rent from them you will regret it. I did
Do not use Celtic Property Management. They don't return calls, lie, and try to turn serious situations around. They are about the money and not about the people.
They are horrible with details, dates, any kind of confirmation and returning calls/emails. My friend is renting from them and it’s been a nightmare!

Chris was always a great landlord to me. I definatly appreciated his attentiveness and his willingness to be there to help me with any issue that may have arose. Chris is a very nice person and has always been very respectful to me and my son. I would definitely recommend him! Thanks for everything Chris! Out of all my landlords you were my favorite!
