I get blood drawn a lot. It is never easy for me. My veins are hard to find are very small. I also pass out really easy. This man I saw had no patience for me. He stuck me multiple times and could get a vein. When I started to get dizzy he told me I should go somewhere else. I find it hard to believe that if you are working at a diagnostic center you have never experienced people who have tricky veins or are squeamish. He should have been kinder.
My family has been working with this office for a while and we have always found the staff to be helpful and responsive. Lately we have been trying to solve a problem with my child's care and were hitting some dead ends. On the spur of the moment I decided to call and see if they could help where other providers couldn't. I love the doctor! Wonderful place
I had changed my previous Physcian to ProHealth Physcians in Vernon,Connecticut because I had re entry moved to the area. I had one Doctor at ProHealth when I first started. Then the second new Doctor called out sick when I was going to have a follow up. I had an appointment scheduled in March and there was a death in my family and I found out last minute one hour prior to my appointment and I had to cancel. Asked to get a tax document done, they stated it would need to get prepared and that they would call me when it was done and printed ready to pick up. Long story short I missed my appointment because they called 6 days later saying it was ready, to my surprise when I show up nothing is ready and it’s just a generic print out form. 0 customer service skills and broken promises for a document they could print out in 10 seconds.
