I have personally never had a bad experience here. I had James Kelly as my PCP and he was lovely, after he retired I started seeing Dr. Ruth Benet and she was patient, clear, and communicative. She even went out of her way to print out some literature about my blood disorder for me to read. She is kind, genuine and intelligent.
Staff amd Dr's are very friendly and welcoming environment.Place is nice and clean.
I get blood drawn a lot. It is never easy for me. My veins are hard to find are very small. I also pass out really easy. This man I saw had no patience for me. He stuck me multiple times and could get a vein. When I started to get dizzy he told me I should go somewhere else. I find it hard to believe that if you are working at a diagnostic center you have never experienced people who have tricky veins or are squeamish. He should have been kinder.
My family has been working with this office for a while and we have always found the staff to be helpful and responsive. Lately we have been trying to solve a problem with my child's care and were hitting some dead ends. On the spur of the moment I decided to call and see if they could help where other providers couldn't. Within a day the office staff spoke with me at length, communicated the problem to the doctor, helped solve the problem, and called to follow up with the future plan. I can't thank them enough!
