Asked to get a tax document done, they stated it would need to get prepared and that they would call me when it was done and printed ready to pick up. Long story short I missed my appointment because they called 6 days later saying it was ready, to my surprise when I show up nothing is ready and it’s just a generic print out form. 0 customer service skills and broken promises for a document they could print out in 10 seconds.
Disappointed in this this office, your concern are not heard at all, they disregard your concerns when it comes to your child and act as if your just being a paranoid mother, since my daughter has been born they have been multiple concerns I voiced to her pediatrician and she would make it seem as if I’m overthinking things, but in reality it was really affecting my daughter, I’m a nurse myself but a mother first and when you know you know. Both of my boys are autistic and have seen Michelle Breniss. She's always positive and thorough. She makes sure that their schools received doctors notes in a promptly fashion. The office is always clean and the staff very polite. Overall I highly recommend.
We’ve have been seeing Dr. Parnes for almost 8 years and he’s an amazing pediatrician. He’s experienced, to the point, and listens. He’s good with the kids and has a sense of humor. His nurse, Patrice is also amazing! She’s very kind and makes the kids feel comfortable and is swift with any shots that are needed.
Not happy with PCP turnover. They also have difficulty coordinating prescriptions with pharmacy providers. I do not feel safe here; I need to find a more stable and efficient caregiver.
