Bad customer service ever since they split the building into two. They need to learn to educate their employees on customer service skills & not be rude when patient has all document records & have their receipts. Trying to over charge & put the blame on other issues when clearly they should be letting ALL patients know that they were renovating & separating the building. I got my wisdom teeth removed here. Very comfortable experience, especially with my fear of going to the dentist. Juana goes above and beyond for all her patients! Recommend them to everyone who may need dental procedures
They NEVER answer this phone. I have called 7 times tried every extention and no answer.
I like to leave, a different review as I feel bad I left the other one... I got discouraged and also I have clinical depression I would like to return back to their office as I understand they had trouble with their phone lines.... in other patients from sacs dental add experience the same thing but it was my failure to return to their office so I can find out what was the problem...the dental office that referred me encourage me to return back to their office so I can get my dental work that I'm in great need of completed! ... read more
