We had such an amazing experience at Vernon Dental Clinic for my 3yr olds first appointment. She was nervous, but the staff took the time to show her each tool and explain what they were doing. They moved at her pace and made her feel completely safe. I was honestly amazed that they were even able to clean her teeth! Such a warm, caring team! We’re so grateful for such a positive first visit.
Our family loves dr Berdan and his team. The kids love their visits with him. He’s so fun and friendly and he’s great at prioritizing their positive experiences.
Staff there was very comforting, lots of laughter.
Very cool, friendly people. Nice ambiance and view. I was able to get in quickly and my problem was taken care of asap. It's going to be my go to place in the okanagan in the future.
Dr. Berdan USED TO actually care about his patients. Now, not so much. He definitely cares more about his pocketbook. Staff at the front were usually good but when they were supposed to book an appointment after they talk to Dr Berdan and they dont and then you phone to follow up and they say they'll call back and never do. The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because Dr. Sheasby is phenomenal. If he ever opens his own practice I'd 100% be a loyal client. He listens and cares!!!!!
