My first visit to Vernon Dental Cente yesterday. My hygienist, Chelsea, was friendly, competent and careful. I am very happy with my new clinic.
Thank you so much for making my kid's first ever dental clinic visit awesome! He was scared and crying upon arrival but the staff are so understanding, patient and caring that he slowly got comfortable. After the visit, he said it's his first time to see a doctor who can make an animal balloon, sing and tell good stories. He also mentioned he wants to visit again soon! 😄 Thanks Dr. Berdan and Ashley.
Dr. Berman USED TO actually care about his patients. Now, not so much. He definitely cares more about his pocketbook. Staff at the front were usually good but when they were supposed to book an appointment after they talk to Dr Berdan and they dont and then you phone to follow up and they say they'll call back and never do. The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because Dr. Sheasby is phenomenal. If he ever opens his own practice I'd 100% be a loyal client. He listens and cares!!!!!
