Had a service call on my baler a week back to replace a $36 Belt . It is 45 minute drive for them to get to my place . My bill was $600 plus for labor . He was her 1 hr plus called them and he said the mechanic punched my work order at 8 am and I have to pay from that time he did not leave till 9 am as he arrived at 10 am .. untill he gets back around 2 pm . So I am never using vernon dell again as I feel they ripped me off .
The guy at the counter was so rude and nasty ! I’ll never give this place the time of day again !!!! They need someone who actually has at least an ounce of customer service skills at the counter!

First time here and was greeted by a gentleman who acted like he wanted to help me with whatever I needed. After a short explanation of my problem, with a weed wacker, he led me away from the heavy Pro versions & showed me the lighter, but still very effective versions ! We settled on a basic no frills version that felt good when I held it & was better balanced then any balance I could obtain with my original !! Plenty of power and a 10" cut with string !
