Dropped our mower off wasn’t running right they called a week later said it was ready for pickup so we drove 40 min to get it and we payed and went out to start it and it was running the same as it was before so they told us it would prolly be done on Monday so we called them Wednesday for an update and they said yes it’s done but we’re gonna run it again tomorrow to make sure. I have had the worst experience with these people... 1.Originally a hydro went out on my proz500 sent in for warranty work as its still covered they replaced it all good 👍 2.However I later had sent the mower in with 2 more things I wanted addressed steering wheel is off when going straight wheel is off about 15-20 degrees Next issue engine has blow by oil color is silver an black right after a fresh oil change (oil changes where done promptly and have records) so somthing is up with the engine internals. 3.
