Service was fabulous. Unfortunately an actuator on my jeep failed sooner than expected unsurprisingly, but this dealer was ready and willing. The repair took all day, no courtesy car was available as I waited until the last minute to ask for one. Without question they drove me 30kms back to my house and then picked me up later when the repairs were done. This is a dealership I won’t dread doing business with going forward. Big thanks to everyone there.
They booked my Jeep for 8:00 am and at 10:30 I checked to see how it was coming along. They told me they had not brought it in yet ! I asked why did you want it at 8:00 am they said it was the drop off time! They could have explained that to me when I booked the appointment!!! At pick up time a man read what was done but it was poorly explained on each item that was completed! Just bought a new to me 2022 Ram 3500 from Peter Byers and Vernon Dodge. Excellent experience overall with a great sales person, business manager and sales manager. The truck is exactly what I am looking for and Peter found one for me in timely fashion. Five Star rating for sure! Additional comment: I needed some minor after sale support and Peter was outstanding to deal with.
