It was my first time bringing my Colorado to your shop for service and the check in person was incredibly friendly and realistic about what was needed and what was not for me. I certainly appreciate the warm welcome.
Their warranty is garbage! Do not buy a truck from them, their warranty is a scam and they do not abide by it. I simply had warn down tires and they suspect I was abusing the truck when they were obviously warn down by hauling a trailer. SALES REP JOE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AS WELL.

I specifically asked for the technicians to complete a check on my tires and correct the air pressure, I was assured that they had, but upon entering the vehicle they hadn't corrected the issue. The service reps were giggling like schoolgirls over some inside joke and completely unprofessional. They made my visit very uncomfortable. I have no doubt that I will never give them my business in the future.
