I bought a 2018 Dodge ram and had a great experience with the staff at Vernon auto. The process was easy and fast. They seem to stand behind the vehicles they sell and that goes along way with me. If you're looking for a vehicle these guys are great.
UPDATE: very disappointed in the service after purchase, it was leaking oil so went back. They changed the oil cooler housing I got it back started going down the road and anti skid,, anti lock, brake lights came on and check engine light so turned around went back, supposedly they fixed the issue started down the road again and same thing happened so turned around went back. after sitting there all day they let me use a vehicle to take home so they could fix the problem. My family has bought five cars from Vernon auto sales. Had great experiences from the sales team to the finance department right up the pick up treated exceptionally. I would recommend buying cars here to all my friends and family. The service department post Delivery have been exceptional whether to oil change or something more serious. Always comfortable returning to Vernon Auto Sales!
