A huge shout out to Mike and his team at Vernon Auto and Diesel Repair! We broke down on the highway and no one could take us in to look at and fix my car, until we found these guys! They took us in on such short notice, the day after my dad got his knee replacement, and got my car all fixed up! Thank you!
Mike took my truck in on short notice to finish repairs I had started but couldn’t complete. Once he got into the job, it didn’t take long for him to see why I had to step away. He called with an update, confirming what I already suspected — and that’s when I knew this shop was honest and trustworthy. I called him at 9.15, stopped by at 10.15 and left at 10.30. He found the problem really fast without any hesitation, gave me 2 options to fix it. And fixed it right away. Very honest and professional person. I would highly recommend if you need a mechanic in Vernon!! Thank you so much 🙏🏼
We called the shop on a Saturday mid day hoping it was our lucky day, as we wanted a vehicle inspection done for potential purchase. Mike told us to come down right away and was nothing short of amazing. He checked every aspect of this vehicle and was extremely thorough with his inspection, he gave us a detailed list and showed us every finding and what we should ask to be done. Was quoted the price for a toyota steering rack only to recieve a very low end one. It caused issues right away. Brought vehicle back many times and was told there's no way the rack was the issue causing my steering wheel to wander or for the leftward pull, has to be something else claiming tires as the problem. My steering wheel was moving positions and one of the times bringing it back it was 1 turn down to full lock one way and 2 turns to full lock the other.
