RUDE staff. Dr. Juan is a good doctor IF you can get past the unprofessional office staff in order to make an appointment. I finally got an appointment scheduled after asking to speak to the office manager. My mom was taken by ambulance and was admitted to the hospital and I called to inform the staff and the only thing they responded was, "OK". I felt very dismissed when I brought up my concerns at the last visit I will go to, and have since been diagnosed with what I was concerned about without having to do the “only” solution she gave.
