I wish I could rate them less than one star, that s giving them too much credit. No one ever answers the phones, and they rarely call you back if you leave a message. I ve left messages coughing my head off saying I need to see a doctor because I ve been sick for weeks, and didn t get called back. I m a two time cancer survivor and when I called them after finding a lump where my tumor once was, no one called me back either. This is one fantastic Surgeon - when no one else was willing to take a chance Dr. Vernick did just that and found the problem and corrected it as well - I would highly recommend this surgeon!
