I have been a patient of Dr. Vernick for many years. I have a uniformly excellent experience. He has attentively addressed all my concerns. I also praise the hearing center. I had some difficulties adjusting to my hearing aids and they were very helpful
I had a nice experience there today. Very helpful at the front desk and I was seen on time. I felt heard and taken care of. Not much more to say. I was given a diagnosis and advice on the spot.
I cannot recommend this facility enough! The front desk is very helpful and Dr. Gopal is amazing. He really cares about your problems and wants to solve them. I recently got Endoscopic Sinus Surgery done by him and I am breathing better than ever.
I went to Dr. Vernick for advice on what to do for issues of reocurring tonsilitis, chronically enlarged tonsils, tonsil stones, fluid behind one of my ears, post nasal drip, and chronically swollen lymph nodes. All of these things have been chronic issues that have made my life very uncomfortable for several years. Dr. Vernick basically just noted all of these things and suggested the idea of a tonsillectomy if I want one, however did not offer any advice for living day to day if I choose not to remove my tonsils. They told me that I would need to have a benign cyst in the side of my face removed or it would get infected all the time. They tried to get me to sign a waiver in case they accidentally messed up and I loose feeling in half my face forever! Luckily that scared me and I decided not to have the surgery. After 10 years it has not bothered me once and has never gotten infected! They are clearly trying to get people to have unnecessary surgery for money!
