Excellent range of products and impeccable customer service. We consulted with Verne’s in-house staff on tile, flooring and carpet needs in our home remodelling project. They took time to understand our goals and lifestyle and suggest quality choices that fit our project budget. We purchased carpet for our living room and we were more than satisfied with how we were dealt with, including information on underlay. Our carpet gets a lot of traffic and really does not seem to be showing any wear. Michael and others were very helpful and honest in their dealing with us. When remodeling our washrooms our experience with Vernes Carpet was exceptional. From the beginning we were given one on one care with picking our tiles and all needed supplies. Micheal went above and beyond guiding us along the way and making sure we were completely satisfied with our finished project. We have used Vernes many times over the years remodeling our home. The small town attention with all the needed urban amenities. Highly recommend!
