We are in the process of building a new home and our builder sent us to Verne's to choose all the interior finishes. We worked with Meghan and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She is a pleasure to work with. It can be quite overwhelming to choose all the flooring, tile, countertops, etc for a house that's not even built yet but she made the whole process so easy and fun. We are thrilled with our selections. Thank you, Meghan!
Great experience picking out carpet. Meghan was very helpful and explained all aspects in order that we could make the best decision. Michael did the measuring and also made some suggestions based on his professional knowledge and experience. Installation was well done and cleanup was thorough when the job was done. Great experience all round. Jen was very helpful in helping me pick the carpet. Installation was great. Apart looks beautiful. Excellent customer service through the process. Definitely will use again for future flooring needs!
Verne’s Carpet One did an amazing job with the tiling and carpet in my room. I was very impressed with the process from the beginning. I spoke with Jen and she listened to exactly what I was looking for and she added her recommendation for tile to coordinate. Dave called and set up the installation and Steve came to install. The entire experience was done with expertise and professionalism.
customer service fails !!.....damage to a window blind that is pretty hard to explain as customer fault...no understanding from management...this is where a Vernes shallow claim on great customer service falls flat...great as long as you show them the money....after that zero...i don"t blame Meagan in this ..she is just relaying management message...
