It's time for Dr. Verner to retire. Ever since Janet & Barb left. It's been all down hill since. Janet always look over the Dr. To make sure all things were taken care of correctly. Had an appt. yesterday at1:30, at 1:45 I called to see if anyone was working. They said is this Rick, I stated yes . They said were not at that location anymore. And they never had a piece of paper to leave a note. No call or anything. Now they don't allow you inside. So not sure whats being done.
This clinic does not want business. I called them one morning because my cat had a swollen ear. His usual vet wasn't open yet and I saw they were open and had a five star review. So I called to see if he could get in. The lady who answered the phone asked if my cat had been there before. I told them no. They asked who he usually sees.
