Verna is a spectacular, caring, and skilled professional. She truly cares for her clients. My son’s first visit with her was more insightful and beneficial than all 8 years with our previous provider. I absolutely recommend this wonderful woman to everyone and anyone, and I wish there were more professionals in the field like her.
I was looking for a second opinion and my wife found Verna’s hearing center. She called and spoke with Verna and told her the issue I was having with my hearing aids. Mostly having a lot of background noise in populated areas and not hearing the conversation I was having. I was told by another provider that I needed new hearing aids ( I just paid these off). I made an appointment with Verna’s hearing center to try the new Signia 7IX hearing aid. I currently wear the 7AX model. Verna activated the 7IX and set the parameters to match my physical and social profiles. This involved discussing my hobbies and activities and how my experiences with hearing aids complimented or detracted from that. We then did a full audiology exam to establish my baseline hearing by frequency, volume, and tone. Verna is not out to just make a buck on others misfortunes. I had an appointment to have hearing checked and get hearing aids set up. Didn’t happen, she found a problem with my hearing and referred me to a doctor. Oh did I mention that she is not out to just make a buck? After an hour of testing the fee was nothing,nada,zilch. Would l refer her? In a half a heartbeat
