I made an appointment with Verna’s hearing center to try the new Signia 7IX hearing aid. I currently wear the 7AX model. Verna activated the 7IX and set the parameters to match my physical and social profiles. This involved discussing my hobbies and activities and how my experiences with hearing aids complimented or detracted from that. Verna is not out to just make a buck on others misfortunes. I had an appointment to have hearing checked and get hearing aids set up. Didn’t happen, she found a problem with my hearing and referred me to a doctor. Oh did I mention that she is not out to just make a buck? After an hour of testing the fee was nothing,nada,zilch. Would l refer her? In a half a heartbeat
I was very pleased with my experience at Verna’s Hearing Care Center. Verna Is very professional, friendly, and motivated to give her patients excellent care. She is a wealth of information about hearing loss and the effects it has on a person, like balance problems which I have. She participates in continuing education & conferences,so is very aware of the progress that has been made regarding hearing loss.
