I was driving from NYC to Eastern Connecticut and one of my run-flat tires got destroyed by a pot hole. I had my car towed to this location Saturday late at night past working hours and they were able to fix it on Monday. They had to replace the tire and had to special order it so it took about 6+ hours.
I had a terrible experience. Brought my car in because I had a mouse. Was told they would remove the seats and do a thorough clean of the car. In addition to that, replace the cabin filter and plug the tire. The only thing that was done was they plugged the tire. And removed a mouse from the hood. Yet nothing was done about the inside of the car and they never replaced the cabin filter. My car was there from 9am- 5:30pm. When voicing my concerns they acted like they could care less. I definitely will not be returning again.
