Call to set an appointment and no one answers, left several messages and calls were not returned. I called while en route , and again no answered the phone. Get to the office at 8:14 am, no cars in the parking lot. The lobby is empty. Never was greeted upon entering the building or while waiting for assistance. Had those incompetent, uncouth receptionists answered the phone maybe I wouldn't have wasted my precious time.
