Went here today and the PA, Ben, was so incredibly rude and dismissive. I expressed to him that my right ear has been plugged for almost 2 weeks, told him all that I have done (which includes antibiotics, Flonase, gum, allergy meds, warm compresses, ear drops, etc) he looked in my ear for maybe 5 seconds, said nothing is wrong and absolutely nothing he could do, and sent me on my way telling me to continue what I’m doing. Usually this clinic is our go to. Today I took my son in for stitches and as I was filling out paperwork and he was sitting there bleeding they said they couldn't see him because a bill for 100 dollars we had no idea about was sent to collections, pretty disappointed they would turn away a child. So we left and went to the Basin Clinic and they took him straight in.
