I called today to get a policy for my daughter, I spoke with Nick. He was absolutely amazing and explained everything so my 23 year old with Autism and ADHD could comprehend. He was thorough, patient, kind, and understanding. He wasn’t a typical industry male “mansplaining”. He understood the assignment. I highly recommend for single moms and for first time policy owners, or for anybody with ADHD and Autism or anybody who wants to speak with an agent that genuinely cares. 10/10. Wish I could give him 10 stars.
Nick helped me with my insurance. He was so informative and fun. I could tell he doesn’t do transactional sells but human interaction. He also got me road side assistance, windshield repair, and a maintenance repair bundle that was a one time up front cost. I may have held him up longer than need be but it was a blast just getting to know MY AGENT! He is a gem. I will have my family and friends only go to him.
I honestly can't say enough good things about Timothy M. I had a time sensitive issue pop up with my policy, and they actually stayed late just to make sure it got completely sorted out for me. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful the entire time. You just don't see that kind of genuine dedication much these days. If you need someone who actually cares and gets things done, definitely go to them!
