Bonnie reached out to me an entire week after our last conversation, just to follow up with me to make sure I was satisfied with how things were handled and to see if I had any lingering questions. I just want to say Bonnie at the Bremerton location is absolutely amazing!!! She was KIND, PATIENT and made me feel human. You can tell shes this way outside of work. A natural helper and genuine soul. Thank you, Bonnie, for you time today and how you just went above and beyond. Great customer service is lacking these days but not here at Vern Fonk , Bremerton.
