Needed an oil change, but day before I received a chip in the windshield. On short notice they scheduled the oil change and rock chip repair saving me the hassle of two appointments. Their service technicians picked up my vehicle and had it returned by my requested time. Was able to pay bill online so no time taken out of my day. Outstanding service all the way around at Vern Eide in Mitchell on 1st street! Will 100% keep my business returning!!
5 star place!!! Kelsey and Nevaeh were super helpful when I needed some body work done on my truck. They provided me a great loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. They got my truck serviced and detailed as well while it was there. Hands down top notch place. I wouldnt go anywhere else if you need body work done i highly recomend. The service was topnotch!!! We could not be more grateful for the whole team in the collision department! We hit a deer while on vacation in South Dakota and needed to get back home asap to Michigan for a family event. The team went far above and beyond to get the parts and service done in record timing, so we could leave with a repaired truck, within 24 hours of our first phone call with Kelsey. Thank you!
