Navaeh is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. I was in a serious pinch when my vehicle was totaled in a freak accident involving a rogue semi tire. She got me into a loaner car right away after hours and worked with me and the insurance company all the through a lengthy process. Give her a raise immediately!

My Explorer was recently involved in a front end fender bender/ knock my driver side headlight/ fog light out (NOT my fault🤷♀️).
