Dave Claypool customer service top notch. When I arrived Dave took my keys and got my car in the queue to be worked on and gave me a ride to work in there shuttle vehicle. My appointment wasn’t until 3pm, but they got my vehicle aligned and back to me by 11am.
Caleb went the extra mile and stayed in touch and on top the long list of services needed in a timely manners. Great service.
Always a pleasure dealing with these folks. Very thorough with service, and I appreciate their checking all the undercarriage parts…ball joints, exhaust, brakes.
On Thursday May 7, on my way from NJ to pickup my son at UVM for the summer, I had a blowout 50 miles from Burlington. A young man, named Noble, in a pick up truck stopped and offered to help me. Within 15 minutes he had the spare on my car and was on his way refusing to take any money.
