Spectacular experience. Called at 9AM tires on by 1PM. I left it with Mike and it came back old tires in clean bags neatly in car, new tires on and running great. Added on my need for new wipers without a hitch. Pleasant, to the point service which after recommendation from my stellar mechanic means I'll be back again! Thanks everyone.
I had a great experience here. I work right down the street and was thrilled just to get an appointment in early December last minute. But the waiting room was a productive comfortable spot to take a lunch break and they had me in and out. Just a tire alignment but I would definitely go here again. Nice folks.
Vermont Tire has worked on my car dozens of times, and each time the service is professional and prompt. Recently, the service tech looked at my car several times to identify some dry wheel bearings after I noticed a noise coming from my car. He literally worked tirelessly to figure out what was wrong, and replaced them. One thing I love about Vermont Tire is that they are honest and will explain to you what needs to be fixed, if anything, before they can perform a service on your vehicle. The person I dealt with was FANTASTIC- knowledgeable, honest, helpful and prompt. Everything was wonderful except that they got mud/slop all over the inside of my vehicle, all over the steering wheel, door, shifting lever, I would’ve expected it to be cleaned off. Otherwise a great experience after not having a good one with several other places. I still highly recommend!
