Never again. I bought a set of summer tires for my son’s car less than four years ago. When I took his winter tires off and began to swap the car over to the summer tires, I noticed that the less than 4 year old tires with less than 5,000 miles on them were severely dry rotted and needed to be replaced. Completely disappointed. Just picked up my car from having a flat tire that I had brought in last month on the same tire and they stated they couldn't find anything wrong with it. And now today, I was charged over $144 as I "drove on it too much causing too much damage". But if it was fixed when I brought it in last month like I asked, I would have known not to drive on it too much. Needless to say, I have been a customer since 1998 but will not be returning.
The work I got a quote for took longer then expected. The team at VTS stayed true to the quote and were very professional and apologetic for the longer then anticipated wait. I appreciated the acknowledgment. Definitely recommended for your ECS Tuning install needs! They can even save you a little on parts too!

I have been going to Vermont Tire and Service for years and, as usual, they took wonderful care of me. I got four new tires and Vermont State Inspection done yesterday. Because I purchased four new tires a free alignment was included in the price of the tires, they set up an appointment for this morning and, there again, they took excellent care of me.
