Part of My Fitness Routine I like to stay in shape and enjoy all sorts of activities. At least once a week I head to Vermont Sport and Fitness Club for a swim. I also have participated in a number of aerobics classes here over the years. The staff is friendly and informed. My husband has a membership here and he can often be found in the weight room. I always feel good about myself when I spent some time working out at this well equipped facility.
Great Facilities This is the largest gym in town. They have all the newest equipment and some great classes. They also have basketball courts so you can do something other than lift weights if you like. A great place to work out.
