I booked this service from Burtlngton Airport (BTV) to Jay Peak round trip. The driver met my group at the airport easily. He was great about communiucation with pending snow and picking up a few days later from Jay Peak. I would recommend Vermont Shuttle over the resort shuttle for more honest service.

The driver was waiting for us at the Baggage claim and was incredibly friendly! He patiently waited for us as our flight was delayed and we had not arrived until 11:30pm. He then drove us safely to our destination. I highly recommend Vermont Shuttle and will definitely use them again.

Amazing service! Vermont shuttle was extremely helpful and got us out of a mess! We needed a ride last minute from NYC to VT and they were able to accommodate. Such a pleasure to work with! Thank you!

This company came in clutch. I was originally going to book a ride through Uber but they wanted double what this company charged to pick me up. I called them at 5pm to schedule a pickup for 4am the next day and they were able to get it reserved quickly. It almost didn’t seem real how easy it was to get it booked. The driver arrived on time and got us there quickly and efficiently. I used VT Shuttle last week to go to a doctor’s appointment and couldn’t be happier with the excellent service. The car was very clean and my driver Tony was professional and courteous. Booking the ride was quickly done by text—whenever in need of a reliable ride, I will definitely call VT Shuttle!!
