Great service
I currently live in Europe, and occasionally there are issues with my automatic payment (problem is from MY end, not theirs). Whenever I need to call this company over this matter (or anything else) whomever I speak to helps me get the issue sorted quickly and easily. Alan and his team are accommodating, patient, and dare I say...delightful. It's people and businesses like this that make Vermont a place I hope to return to permanently.
I have never before left a Google review but feel it necessary to do so as Vermont Self Storage was very accomidating to my last minute needs and for that I am very Thankful. Allen went above and beyond to get me access to a new unit late on a Sunday evening. Very thank for the attentiveness, quick and thourough email communications and superb customer service.
