I have never been to Vermont Radiologist's, or the attached Northeastern Vermont Reginal Hospital, despite that, I got a bill from them asking for money, assuming that it was being billed from another place and not the place that I received care, I went to go check the bill and pay it off. Their bill pay site DOES NOT WORK. I tried multiple times, every time it failed. Next thing I know I'm sent to collections when I have never even gotten a paper bill, only a text message. This place is so incredibly shady. DO NOT GO HERE.
My insurance covers 100% of ER visit expenses after the copay. I've paid the copay, and was still billed and sent to collections for money I don't owe. God awful company with absolutely appalling business practices
Horrible business practices. Better make sure that you don’t get sent to collections for bill you never received. Can’t believe it
They billed me when my understanding was that mammograms were not charged, and nobody mentioned to me that there would be a charge. Then, I paid it. And now it's in collections! I have a nearly perfect credit score and you have now ruined that. I will not return to this business ever and would not suggest it to others due to unscrupulous business practices.
If your job requires knowing procedure codes but you refuse to learn procedure codes or even look them up, you should not be in health “care”. You cannot help patients with the only thing you do at work..? How lazy and inept can you tolerate being!? Truly an astonishing lack of care. Shame on you
