John is an extremely knowledgeable and very professional physiotherapist with many years of experience. He has helped me immensely with my many knee issues. I'm extremely grateful to John and highly recommended his services!
I contacted Paul at Vermont Physiotherapy to assist with pre-surgery muscle conditioning prior to a knee replacement. I have been following his advice now for over a year and the most recent diagnosis from my surgeon was to delay knee replacement surgery as I have no pain, can walk without a limp and perform general day to day activities. Great results so far. Can’t make a high enough recommendation for his manner and experience with a great outcome to date.
Paul has cared for me for well over 3 years, treated and rehabilitated me after my cervical spine surgery, and continues to treat me for all my other ailments. He will also be treating for my rehabilitation after my knee replacement surgery. Paul is old school physio, he provides techniques for self care as well as in clinic treatment. I've been going to Vermont Physio for different back, hip and ankle injuries and can't recommend it enough. John is extremely knowledgeable and caring, and he makes it very easy for you to follow treatment at home. He's got lots of resources and explains what is happening and why, which I appreciate as I'm curious and always like to know.
