The front office person made a mistake when scheduling an appointment for an injection; indeed, she seemed confused and disoriented. I just had a feeling something was off, so I called back to confirm the appointment and it was like we'd never even had this discussion about scheduling the injection. That, combined with the fact that several procedures are not approved by insurance and seem to have iffy support in trials is enough to make me wary.
