My experience with the staff at VT medical spa has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff is respectful, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. Kiley is such a pro and it's clear she loves her work! She is honest and straightforward in her recommendations and is always working to meet the customer's goals.
Always a great job here!! I used to work with Lauren, and then eventually started working with Kiley as well. Amazing all around and I always feel comfortable.
I can’t recommend Vermont Medical Spa enough. Kiley is so knowledgeable about everything and provides such a welcoming, supportive environment. I had never done laser hair removal before and she talked me through every step to make sure I was comfortable. She is the absolute best! Kristen is also so welcoming and kind—everyone here is so so friendly. The space is very clean and they even provide snacks. 10/10 experience. My only regret is not coming here sooner!
I can’t say enough positive things about Kiley, Kristen, and Lauren. My care with Kiley has been flawless in literally every way. Her expertise, compassion, and professionalism is unmatched. The technology at VT med is absolutely elite for laser hair removal and dermatological laser. My results have been perfect, fast, and worth every penny. Laser hair removal Is life changing, I really didn’t know what I was missing until I started the process. I’d never go anywhere else. You shouldn’t either.
