I researched a Helix mattress and thought I found a great deal at Vermont Mattress. The store was going out of business and, after trying out the mattress in the store, decided to buy one on special order. I should have known better. The best price on line was $2200 for a king size. Vermont mattress offered to sell me one for $1545. When I called a few days later asking about the status of my order, my very savvy sales lady told me she made a mistake and the price was $800 higher than what she quoted me. Teresa and her staff were helpful and informative from start to finish. She guided us to a perfect nights sleep with a mattress that met our budget and exceeded our expectations. Her team was so good we returned a month later to buy another mattress and could not be happier. Delivery was professional, timely and courteous. This should be your first and last stop, we could have saved some time by starting with VMBC!
The good news the salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful. We had shopped around and this was the best price by a bit. (Over $3,000) The less than good news, unlike their competitors, the 'cost' of the slightly better price was unlike their competitors there is no trail and exchange policy - which was never disclosed to us. As I reflect, i see just what great customer service they provided to us. My wife and I are grateful for the patience and understanding they offered to us while we made our selections.
