Reach out many times... never got an awner from them.. i had a case that was dismissed with all charges 4 years later. I received a letter stating. They sealed my record for these charges that never occurred and was falsely charged in the first place. As plaintiff stated, the courts and the cops made a mistake... Never called me but had no problem taking my money. I went through the Vermont 211 which is nothing but a scam.
Open two days a week for a few hours on those days. How is anyone supposed to help if nobody is there? Is it just a tax write off to you?
