I would give this place less than one star if i could
I have a college degree from a top school and yet the Department of Labor was incredibly confusing to work with. I worry for ppl who are learning the language or have some learning disabilities. It's odd to me that the employees at the division don't try to overhaul the system: the call system, the website, the documents. Perhaps their hands are tied but someone needs to step up who is in leadership in this division.
Don't even bother to call the 877 number because you sit there and wait and wait and get nobody. Extremely frustrating. I understand they're probably busy but everybody uses that for an excuse nowadays why they don't answer the phones.
I've been trying to get them on the line for 3 days. So far I've waited on hold for 9+ hours. I've yet to speak with anyone.
