RecommendedJust brought my boat there because I broke down the afternoon before a bass fishing tournament. These guys diagnosed the problem, managed to find a part that nobody else seemed to have and got me back on the water after staying late at night. Can’t thank them enough

I brought my 1987 mercury out board for repairs. The engine had not run in 8 years. My engine was repaired quickly and was not too expensive either. It was nice to know they are recommended by mercury as master mechanics too. Very Friendly and Knowledgeable.
These guys lack product knowledge and seem to care very little about customer satisfaction. Save your $ and shop elsewhere as they can't seem to order the right part even if you provide the specs and part # and then they'll stick you with the express shipping charges to finally get the right part in. Not to mention they're unresponsive when you call to check an order status and are super rude when you try to offer any feedback.
My husband has the worst experience with these guys - save your money and shop somewhere else! They have very little product knowledge and seem to care little about customer satisfaction as they are unresponsive and rude. We'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
