Dr Sisto was great at first, but when it became evident she didn’t have the experience needed and I had surgery elsewhere, she became angry, gaslit me, and treated me very poorly. Do not recommend. She is not an endo specialist.
After a nightmare experience of agonizing pain, a trip to the ED, being sent home and told that I had an ovarian cyst and the pain would eventually go away, and having the pain worsen, I called VT Gyn (I’m an established patient) and they got me in to see them within 30 minutes. They listened, believed my pain, did appropriate tests, and then sent me up to the hospital for emergency surgery. Dr. Sisto performed my surgery and she was kind, thorough, and explained everything. Dr. Sisto was the best OBGYN I have ever had and Vermont Gynecology was the most wonderful office experience I've had. Dr. Sisto truly cares and listens and offers a holistic approach, putting the power back in the patients hands.
