Worst power company in vermont! They’re so rude and could care less about their customers!! This is ridiculous, I wish GMP was an option!! They’re useless! Be quick to turn people off but no notices or voicemails are being left you’re just turning ppl off and refusing to turn back on unless paid in full, you’re refusing payments. Absolutely the worst customer service of any public utility in Vermont. Almost impossible to contact anyone in the billing office. Rates are and fees are through the roof.
