Wow, talk about poor policy and service. I asked them to set me up with a seasonal campsite for electrical work. Seasonal that it would be used 7 months of the year and turned off. Now they want to charge me 80$ to install something. Not happy, will share this throughout the internet they called me with this message. So they can fix it or I can keep this up. The setup was a pain too, I kept asking for payment stuff and it took them a week. They really need to look into process and the customers perception.
It's a real shame that there is only one electric company here for Alburgh. I have a serious situation here at my house and they claim it is not. Isn't this your job Vermont Electric Coop, to make sure lines are clear from trees and debris? When the gentleman called me back he says "hello it's your friendly neighbor electric company." I chuckled with a confidence they were going to come out and do this job. How on the hottest day of the year are you going to turn someone off that just gave you guys 2,000 clearly that signature for a law suit needs to be signed. Worst power company in vermont! They’re so rude and could care less about their customers!! This is ridiculous, I wish GMP was an option!! They’re useless! Be quick to turn people off but no notices or voicemails are being left you’re just turning ppl off and refusing to turn back on unless paid in full, you’re refusing payments.
